My name is Patricia and I see myself as a passionate and creative person who wants to make the best of everything I do. I believe in personal development and continuous improvement. I am from Spain but have been in Sweden for 8 years.
I have worked as an HR manager for the last 6 years, both at Mapiful and now at Norla.
These roles really gave me the chance to grow as a person and as a leader as both were small companies that grew quite fast with an international team. Some of my main tasks included everything from onboarding, offboarding, employee satisfaction, support and feedback, performance appraisals and organising team building in line with the company values and culture.
As a person, I am easy to talk to, honest and caring. In my spare time I walk my dog Tjabo, paint or spend time with family and friends.
