As a customer support specialist, I have handled chat and email support, inbound and outbound processes. In line with this, I have also managed responses and grievances through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube channels, Playstore and App store. Maintaining help center articles and creating SOPs, mentoring support teams were few other tasks that I have worked on. My top priority has always been customer satisfaction and retention and I have never backed in taking that extra step. I have always believed in not just good, but excellent customer experience and I ensure to maintain your expectations. Having excellent communication is one of my key skill. For me working smart, interacting with users with a humane touch while maintaining professionalism, making a customer feel important, are few ingredients of customer success and I have been maintaining this though out.
