About Me


As a call center agent and team leader for over 8 years, I’ve developed many skills and abilities which would serve me well in the call center business. I took part in the first Turkish itunes tier2 team in the Apple project and was appointed as the team leader in the itunes team within 6 months. As a call center employee and team leader, I worked on improving existing processes. I took part in the establishment of the Corendon Airlines call center as a call center employee and later I was appointed as the team leader within the project. I took part in the B&Q project as a call center employee for more than 2 years, and during that time I had the opportunity to increase my level of knowledge about online shopping and how to manage orders correctly. In the Apple project, I had experience on how to prevent fraud and fraud transactions. During my work, it has always been my motto to first understand the customer correctly and produce a solution without creating false expectations. Sincere
