As an Email Marketing Specialist at Bondora, I leverage my 8+ years of experience and my Certified ScrumMaster® credential to manage and optimize email and SMS campaigns across the customer lifecycle. I work with various stakeholders to align the email and SMS marketing calendar with business priorities, demand forecasts, and customer segments. I also implement marketing programs to support different strategies, such as prospecting, win back, nurturing, loyalty, retention, and transactional emails.

I have a passion for data driven marketing and a proven track record of delivering results. I execute A/B tests, monitor performance metrics, and advise improvements based on data analysis and best practices. I have extensive experience with multiple email service providers, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Marketo, MailChimp, and others. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools to enhance my email marketing expertise.
