I started my I.T journey 2014, when I undergo one year IT skills training on computer repairs, set ups, configuration and installation, with a solid background skills on computer troubleshooting.
I have undergo Cisco Junior Cyber security career pathway and Cisco Network technician career pathway.
With more than four 5 years of working experiences both as a contract or with organizations as a full time staff, as an IT Expert, with a job roles of computer configuration, hardware repair, computer networking, software updates and installation, responding to customers complains within IT services center.
