Hello, my name is Ongezwa Hanisi, and Im a final year student pursuing a degree in Industrial Psychology. Throughout my studies, Ive developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior in the workplace, and Im passionate about applying psychological principles to improve employee well being, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

My academic journey has equipped me with skills in research design, data analysis, and statistical software, as well as knowledge in areas like talent management, organizational development, and leadership. Ive also had the opportunity to work on projects and assignments that have allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to real world scenarios.
