I am a problem solver with a keen interest in Information and Communication Technology ICT. I have over ten years of expertise in the information technology business with a demonstrated track record of success in problem resolution, system maintenance, and bringing value to others.

I used to be an IT specialist, and part of my job was supporting the hardware and software. I was in charge of creating new instant issuance personalization procedures, putting them into use, and debugging issues. I oversaw a group of engineers who developed the new smart card personalization system and the Self Services printer.

In my current position as a Network Analyst, I am in charge of network problem investigation and debugging. I also provide technical support to users and assist in the identification and implementation of new network solutions.
