5 years experience as an IT expert and 3 years experience till date as a Call Center Manager.
I have worked with organizations like The Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential library as the Assistant IT Manager, Head of IT for Airtel Call Center and presently the Call Center Manager for Chathub NG Ltd Airtel Contact Center.
My skills include providing vast solution to any kind of technical issue, hardware and software troubleshooting/repairs, and networking. I was able to manage the hardware and software installation/repairs and updates properly at my previous place of work, which helps me a lot with my present job.
My current role as the Call Center Manager includes overseeing and supervising all operational activities including the smooth running of the call center which includes: Facility management, Training, Recruitment and Retention of topnotch quality service and Billing.
