Olana Atomsa

I am Olana Atomsa Regassa, a civil engineer with a BSc in Civil Engineering Wollega University, 2018 and a CGPA of 3.67, bringing over seven years of practical experience across the construction sector. I have worked as a site engineer, quantity surveyor, and contract administrator, delivering accurate bills of quantities, cost estimates, interim payment certifications, variation assessments, and effective contract management. Currently I serve as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator on a World Bank–funded EASTRIP project at Holeta Polytechnic College, where I oversee cost control, progress measurement, quality and safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination. I combine strong technical knowledge with practical site supervision and clear communication to resolve issues quickly, protect client interests, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. I am available for freelance assignments in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost estimation, and supervision.
