I am a qualified financial and accounting professional with over 15 years’ experience who has
an in depth understanding of modern approaches to Accounting, Reporting, Audit &
Assurance, Planning & Budgeting, Internal control, and Risk management.
In my previous roles, I have undertaken engagements of midstream and downstream oil and
Gas companies, testing controls, performing audit procedures on key sections in the
preparation and presentation of financial statements. At MRS Oil Nigeria Plc, I have
developed and implemented frameworks for operational excellence especially for major units
inter phasing with the finance and internal Audit department. A framework driven by continual
improvement of robust control process, which resulted in delivering timely and value adding
