I am a graduate of Crawford University where I obtained a B.Sc. in Sociology. Currently, I play a major role as a Customer Service / Relationship Executive at SKLD INTEGRATED SERVICES, which happens to be an integrated corporate entity providing educational & Office supplies, branded product distribution, technology & garment manufacturing. In our portfolio, we currently manage over 500 schools nationwide and client retention has always been high each year as this is my fourth year counting.
I have over five years of experience in customer support/relationship management, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service. I am highly skilled in communication, problem solving, and multitasking. I am self motivated, disciplined, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
