1 a Head of Network Administrator: Ensure that all switchs are administered daily.
b Resolve downtime of internet connection in the facility and report to Superior where it can't be resolved or communicate provider where necessary.
c Configure procured Network devices and adminiter security policy.
d Document all new and old Network devices and submit weekly report of replaced devices and devices to be replaced.
e Administer robust 1.gov email platform on NPS domain: Creation of new official email, reset password, create general mailing list and sub-mailling list. Submit weekly report on all active/deactivate email account.
f Propose/Budget for needed Network/infrastructure monthly/yearly.
g Supervisor and member of prison information management system PIMS deployment team On-going
h introduced a robust feedback channel for all connected prison national. Perform support function for all personnel connected.

2. Hardware Maintenance: Ensure that all desktop and laptop connected are maintain, replacement of faulty parts
b Ensure that right pricing is propose/budget is submitted for approval.
c Verify all procured Network/ computer system and draft job completion certificate for approval by my HOD.
