My name is Jocelyn and I'm freelance mom for more than 4 years and countering. My expertise is in Customer Service and Sales/Telemarketing. I worked as a customer support for different campaign, setting appointment, outbound calling, handling incoming calls, taking phone order and responding to general inquiry from customers through email and chat.
