About Me

My background includes doing In-service training at the Department of Education as a third year HR student at the Durban University of Technology ,serving as a customer service associate within a call-centre environment and as well as a Insurance Sales Agent.
Previously, I worked within a high-volume customer-support call centre after receiving all the necessary training. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints dealing with unsatisfied and annoyed customers, doing debt collection. I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 56 to 60 calls per day.

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable aHR/Office Admin skills while doing my In-Service Training at the Department of Education.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word and MS Excel applications.
