I am a pioneer in customer service, Ive been in this field for about 16 years now. I love being challenged and always have high expectations for myself. I am dedicated to do my task the best I can and always looking for ways to improve myself. In my current company, Concentrix, I am a product captain. The main task of being a product captain is that you should be familiar with all Nikes products. During my early years there, thats actually my weakness. I tend to shy away when I received pre purchase concerns from consumers but I worked on it. I did my best to know more about the products, learned how and where to research using our tools and now I am the one who assist my colleagues when they have questions about our products. I am also now able to ace every pre purchase concerns of our consumers.
