My name is Nitin Sharma, and I bring over 19 years of experience in the software industry, with a core focus on Quality Assurance. Throughout my career, Ive had the opportunity to work across diverse domains such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, and E commerce, which has given me a broad perspective and adaptability to different business and technical environments.

Currently, I’m working as a Senior QA Manager, where I lead a team of manual and automation testers across multiple projects. My responsibilities include defining QA strategy, driving test planning and execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the delivery of high quality software products.
Over the years, I’ve built strong expertise in test management, automation frameworks, performance testing, and non functional testing.
