I have 7 years of experience. I started my journey in[removed]My first job was at Wipro, where I worked as an Associate in the Health and Benefits process. My responsibilities included document verification according to defined SOPs, managing payment related queries through Workflows and Maestro tool, and releasing payments accordingly.
Then I shifted my career to CPA Global in[removed]At CPA Global, I maintained the EMEA & APAC client portfolios and protocol documents. I created dashboards, using insights from data gathering to build advanced visualizations and also connected with clients directly in monthly/quarterly CFO calls. I collected the data from the different sources and maintained the EMEA & APAC clients reports & dashboards.
And after CPA, I switched to Accenture in 2022, where I served as a Measurement and Report Analyst. In this role, I developed and implemented MI reporting solutions and power bi dashboards to provide insights and analysis for decision making processes.
