I am a Senior UX Designer based in the NYC area, and almost two decades of pure UX consulting has taught me the ropes... I am now confident I can help you with any UX challenge you are faced with!
I know how to coax the requirements of a project from the relevant stakeholders and determine the best strategy. I can then analyze the environment of the project, research the best UI approach, and based on user needs, conceptualize or re design the structure and hierarchy of the information on the screens in wireframed prototype format. As a Psychology major and natural empath, I am an advocate for the user and their habits and goals on your website, application, or device, and like to back myself up with standards and testing. With the right tools, I work well with remote teams, as well as local, sometimes Agile, ones. I can help teammates too, in mentorship of their UX processes.
