I was previously employed as a Resource Consultant within the Healthcare Recruitment Industry, a Recruitment Administrator within the Engineering, Oil and Gas Recruitment Industry, a Support Medical Recruitment Consultant within the Healthcare Recruitment Industry, and as a Student Recruitment Consultant within the Education Recruitment Industry. My previous responsibilities include forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers and evaluating candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments. I have been responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening candidates, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the company’s long term goals. These roles advanced my communication skills, active listening skills, planning skills, learning skills, relationship building skills, as well as my analytical skills, my empathy, and social skills.
