I began my career in 2003 as a Junior Legal Secretary at a law firm, where I discovered my passion for supporting workplace dynamics. With a foundation in labour laws from the CCMA Head Office, I transitioned through various roles in contact centers, focusing on operational dynamics and employee relations. As an HR Administrator at Voice Group SA Contact Center and ONS Telecoms, I honed my skills until center closures led to my retrenchment. Following roles including Senior Manager at CCI South Africa and co founding two businesses, my dedication to people development led me to earn a BCom in Human Resource Management with cum laude honors. Since February 2024, Ive pursued this passion as an Independent HR Consultant, specializing in crafting HR strategies that enrich employee experiences. My passion lies in nurturing peoples growth and integrating HR strategies to create enriching HR experiences and fostering collaboration for employees.
