So the approach to developing entrepreneurs is by first helping them to develop positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship and then afterwards introducing the aspects of starting and running a business. She also believes developing entrepreneurial mindsets is not just for those who want to start their own businesses, but that this is for everybody. If people think entrepreneurially even as employees , they are more productive and results oriented.

A Master Trainer under the United Nations Empretec Entrepreneurship Training Programme and has conducted over 20 Training Workshops under the same for diverse target groups. Also a trainer on a number of entrepreneurship programs. Holds an MBA and Bachelors Degree in Public Administration and Development Studies. Holds various postgraduate certificates.
