I’m an IT network security and infrastructure specialist with over fifteen years of experience ensuring systems run smoothly, networks remain secure, and users get the help they need quickly. In my current role, I manage day to day IT operations, monitor network performance, and respond to security incidents to keep business operations uninterrupted. I started in frontline help desk support, where I built a strong foundation in troubleshooting and customer service. From there, I moved into network administration, designing and managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, and later took on cybersecurity responsibilities—implementing firewall protections, endpoint security, and disaster recovery plans that reduced security incidents. Now, I’m looking to bring my mix of technical expertise, problem solving skills, and proactive approach to a forward thinking company. I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to a team that values reliability, security, and innovation in IT services.
