Hello, Hi, I’m Neha Chandel.
I’m currently based in Bangalore, though I’m originally from Ambala Cantt, Haryana. I bring with me 6.9 years of experience in customer handling, with a strong focus on relationship management and service delivery.

For the past 3.4 years, I’ve been working on an RBI licensed MSME platform TReDS, where I closely engage with MSME sellers—supporting them through onboarding, compliance, and enabling smooth financial transactions.
I’m passionate about helping small businesses grow through structured financial solutions and efficient digital platforms.
I’m currently working as a Deputy Manager on the TReDS Trade Receivables Discounting System platform, where I closely engage with MSME sellers to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure smooth transaction execution.
My role involves supporting MSMEs in accessing early payments, guiding them through compliance, and collaborating with buyers and financiers to optimize cash flow for small businesses.
