I am instructional designer with over 3 years of experience. I also am proficient in rapid authoring tools such as Stortyline 3, Adobe Captivate and Camtasia. Drawing from the expertise of being a behavioral trainer for more than 12 years, I have a good grasp of the learning theories and concepts and how it applies to real time learning. I currently work with five different clients in varying domains/industries. This variety has given me the exposure and know how about different industries and their specific learning requirements which in turn helped me work out different approaches to find solution to their requirements.
