I started my career in risk; observing customers, and trying to predict their behavior and intent on on one of the worlds largest e commerce platforms, via Order performance, reported abuse and abuse prevention, later Moved to payments, Overall my journey has been largely focused on collaborating across large, geographically and functionally distributed teams. Working constantly to introduce new SOPs for risk assessment, also working with different teams to assess the bad debt occurred to amazon, Among all these I would say I am Deeply curious, evidence based and hands on with my work. Big fan of long term systems thinking.
