My name is Nancy Jain, and I’m from Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. I hold a Master’s degree in Commerce from Nalanda Open University, Patna.

I bring over two years of diverse experience across customer service, banking, and operations. I began my career with Dream Travel Club in 2018, where I strengthened my communication, problem solving, and organizational skills while handling customer interactions and operational processes. In 2021, I completed an internship with ICICI Bank as a Relationship Manager, gaining practical exposure to client acquisition, remittance, and international financial operations.
