About Me
Training Coordinator with extensive knowledge in Online Distance Learning with a background in Customs and Excise.
As a Training Coordinator, not only am I responsible for facilitating, evaluating and coordinating training programs, I am also responsible for managing an e learning platform in addition to carrying out research work and consultancies.
With strong communication skills, I communicate with different stakeholders to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals.
I also train officers in Supervisory skills, customer care, Customs Systems and Procedures and using the Moodle platform.
I also have extensive knowledge in
Trade Compliance and Management.
I graduated from the University of Malawi with a Degree in Business Administration and then obtained a Masters Degree in Tax policy and Tax Administration.
