My career began at the bedside. With an MBBS from Dhaka Medical College, I was immersed in clinical medicine before realizing that saving lives at scale required a systemic lens. This led to an MPH from the Prince Leopold Institute and a 30 year evolution into a specialist in Monitoring and Evaluation M&E.

Since 1994, I have bridged the gap between clinical reality and donor strategy. I have managed M&E components for multi million dollar portfolios with USAID, UNICEF, WHO, the World Bank, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Bangladesh. My focus is on Digital Health Innovation, specifically designing eMIS/HMIS architectures and scaling DHIS2 to drive data driven decisions in maternal and child health.

I blend this strategy with technical precision, offering expert manuscript formatting in APA 7th/Vancouver styles. I ensure research integrity through advanced Zotero management, ensuring that health data is not just collected, but documented to global standards.
