Muaz Sayed

My name is Muaz Sayed, and I’m from Karnataka, currently residing in Bangalore. I have completed my Bachelor of Arts B.A. and also pursued Tally ERP 9 to gain basic accounting knowledge. Additionally, I have strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
After completing my studies, I began my career with Firstsource as a Customer Service Agent. It was a customer service and sales process where I handled customer calls, resolved their issues efficiently, and simultaneously identified opportunities to pitch relevant products or services.
Following that, I joined Alorica, where I worked for Amazon as a Senior Customer Service Associate. My responsibilities included addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality. During my tenure, I also supported the chat process when required, effectively managing both voice and non voice interactions.
