About Me
've been in the BPO industry for more than 6 years. I started working as a sales and billing associate in a US based company that provides telephone and internet service. Being part of the said company is very challenging and at the same time rewarding because it prepares me to become who I am now as an employee. I was able to learn new, important things and was able to deal with others which I believe is one of the most important aspect in one's life. I also work in a US based cable company and experienced a totally one amazing journey. I'm a very competitive person so when given the chance I took the position where I can prove myself better, and that's becoming a quality analyst where I can reach out for others to improve themselves and coach them in such a way I know will contribute a lot to their well being and work ethics.
