My name is Moustafa Khalil, I finished High School in 1999, and completed my Bachelor of Architecture
degree in[removed]I have worked as an architect in Egypt, Oman, and the UAE. During this time I taught
myself computer programming in order to integrate the knowledge with my architectural career. As a
graduate architect and .Net BIM Solution Developer, I enable my clients to realize their unique vision and
I successfully deliver end to end design solutions. With my degree in Architecture, my hands-on
experience in this field and my programming knowledge, I am confident that I have those specific qualities
that you are looking for in a candidate.
I have an understanding of complex building plans and choosing building materials to deliver first class
projects from start to finish. I have passed through different stages in architecture practices. From a
draftsman to site Engineer dealing with contractors then Owner's Representative and finally consultant.
This allowed me to become more aware of the differences between the different parties and what their
relevant priorities and concerns are.
My first applications of my programming knowledge was put to use developing script related excel
documents as an aide to my project management role on the Sharm El Sheikh development. As my
programming skills evolved I started to apply them to resolving some of the practical issues I encountered
between Revit and AutoCAD within the Company. These apps were published independently by myself

When I returned to Dubai and was sent to sites which were nearing the end of the construction period, I
realized how many problems we faced when staff left, especially with respect to the recording of
instructions, past and present and how important it was to have a readily available history of the project,
including all key instructions and variations. This started me thinking about the need for a site management
app. This was originally tailored toward my current Company but started to evolve as a more general site
application after myself and a colleague set up a sideline app development Company in Dubai, with a view
to developing this and other related apps.
Delivering end to end projects however, are not my only aims. Whilst at university, I developed highly
cohesive teams as a team leader to deliver team projects on time. Moreover, I have meticulous
organizational skills and can easily switch between the big picture and the finest of details. I am also
multilingual and speak fluent English and Arabic, and now starting on German. Nevertheless, I have also
