I am a Creative Designer with Innovative techniques dedicated to develop Management System in analyzing data & help our leader in making Strong Decisions based on accurate data interpretation.
During my +12 years as a Supply Chain Analyst, I assisted our team to develop a Service focused strategy to achieve the highest Quality of Service for Terminal Passengers. I developed a Central Database System specified to gain more knowledge about Passengers behaviors and analyzing data collected via Passengers comments to maintain the Quality of Service at top Ranking.
This experience developed my passionate in Designing Data Visualization Models which will increase attention to Terminals’ Facilities and to improve Passengers’ experience & Services.
To gain more data analyzing skills, I completed Udacity’s Advanced Data Analysis Nanodegree Program , which has lifted my technical skills to visualize the dataset in well organized format using Tableau & Microsoft Power BI Tools.
