Having worked at Tek Experts from 2022 to 2023, I have gained valuable experience in managing and supporting customers and making their experience worthwhile. During my tenure, I was responsible for assisting in the management of system software, operating system, installations and troubleshooting and storage systems. I am proficient in conducting daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, software, resources, systems, and key processes.

One of my key strength is my ability to effectively repair and recover from software failures and ability to manage irate customers with my soft skills. I am skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining optimal system performance.
