Holds a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality through joint supervision between Fayoum University, Egypt, and the University of Salento, Italy. The researcher has won several competitive scholarships from different donors, i.e., the Egyptian government, the American University of Cairo, and the Italian government. He also won the Fayoum University Award 2021 for the best PhD thesis. His research interest is hospitality marketing. He has published in several prestigious Q1 and Q2 international journals such as International Journal of Hospitality Management. In addition, the researcher acts as a reviewer in top ranked journals in the tourism& hospitality field such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, Tourism Review, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, and Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism.
