Moshe grew up in Maryland. He attended Yeshiva University in New York City, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors. He then completed a Master of Business Administration at George Mason University Costello College of Business in Fairfax, Virginia followed by a law degree Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Moshe has experience as a business owner Maryland Metal, sales professional, technologist developer & AI consultant, and investment advisor. He spent some time in the real estate industry as a Realtor in Maryland, Mortgage Loan Originator licensed in 8 states, and commercial mortgage broker arranging over $70 million in office refinancings. He also has a passion for cars, having worked in the automotive market at major dealerships for over four years.
