Im Monisha and Im from Bangalore. I have completed my Bachelor of computer application from Bangalore University. During my tenure as a Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM Ltd, I worked extensively on a project focused on Cheque Fraud Detection. This role involved analyzing daily transactions to identify fraudulent activities related to deposited checks.
My responsibilities included verifying customer details and processing alerts while maintaining high quality standards. I was tasked with investigating alerts to catch fraudulent activities based on transaction reports and account activities.
One of the key aspects of my role was to conduct a thorough analysis of check fraud detection, ensuring that recent deposits matched historical patterns of customer activity. This required a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
Additionally, I assisted new team members in understanding the processes and tools we used, which helped foster a collaborative environment. My experienc
