As a virtual assistant, I focus on being highly organized, professional, and detail oriented. I maximize technological tools such as WordPress, Trello, Google Workspace, CamScammer, Calendly, and Canva. A high standard of work is important to me and I make sure that this remains my top priority. I continue to sharpen my oral and written communication skills as this is the foundation of a great assistant.
As a customer service specialist, I ensure that my communication skills are always impeccable and empathetic while at the same time serving the customer well. Being well versed in CRM tools such as Zoho and Salesforce has also made me more efficient in serving customers better.
