Having worked in Horizon Contact Centers for 2 years and 1 month under the Yu account, I have been able to grow in my interpersonal skills as well as communication skills and I have also grown in the art of customer service whereby we do sales through calling customers and meeting them directly from the relationship centers. I have been exposed to working under a high pressure environment.
