I am an open-minded person who believes that every child can be nurtured to the fullest by identifying his or her unique abilities. I work towards letting students realize this aspect and ultimately design my instruction according to those features. Caring and compassion are my core philosophical lines in educating a diverse learner. I believe that school is a micro-community in which students get prepared for community participation. Thus I emphasize the value of literacy, numeracy and social skills in my teaching. Simply put, I love to empower young minds.
