I am a dedicated and detail oriented Customer Service and Data Entry professional with experience supporting merchants, handling administrative tasks, and delivering accurate work under tight deadlines. I recently completed a Virtual Assistant course and have already gained hands on remote work experience.

I have worked in customer service and merchant support, where I assisted clients with inquiries, resolved issues professionally, captured and updated data accurately, and ensured smooth communication between merchants and customers. I understand the importance of confidentiality, accuracy, and clear communication when working with business data.

Recently, I completed a data entry and typing project where I successfully typed and formatted 50 pages within 3 days for a client. This project strengthened my ability to work under pressure, follow instructions carefully, and deliver high quality work on time. I can provide samples of this work if required.

Through my experience, I have
