2021 brings my 20-th anniversary in Travel & Hospitality. In my carrier I have worked for major and world-prominent companies such as World of TUI, Viking Cruises, Gate 1 Travel and Riviera Travel UK.

My positions of a Program Manager, A Ship-based Concierge and A Tour Manager involved many and various responsibilities. All of them required excellent time-management, which, together with my loyalty, focus to detail, accuracy and friendliness, have always made me a very successful employee. The job environment has always been quite dynamic, but the clients' satisfaction in the end has always been leading, awarding and fullfilling.

I have always been attracted by having my freedom, flexibility, personal time and becoming a freelancer has always sounded like a dream job. I did start it in tourism, but my wish is to also expand borders and widen horyzons in home-based Customer Service. I strongly believe my background makes me a successful competitor and in start of new cooperations.
