Hi there. I am passionate in developing business by managing human capital. I am doing training and consulting in Human Capital Management and Business Consultation. Developing People in Personal Development, Team Work, and Organization through Coaching Counseling, Training, and Managing human resources is my essential skills. I have experienced in counseling for more than 20 years and managing Human Capital for more than 7 years, and being a leader is part of my whole life span. One of my cardinal skill is Counseling. I have a very long experience on it and volunteering for trauma Counseling in one of the biggest horizontal conflict and natural disaster in Indonesia. Now, I also counsel students in a senior high School and in Counseling centers. I also involve in a Employee Assistant Program for almost a year.
