At Concentrix, I assisted customers with order tracking and refunds for a seasonal retail campaign. My next role at VXI involved technical sales, focusing on customer retention, payment processing, and upselling for 1 year and 8 months. Most recently, at Flatworld Solutions, I handled upselling and customer support for kitchen appliance insurance plans. I left VXI and Flatworld due to pregnancy and am now seeking a work from home position.
