My name is April Shane Borja, and I am a senior in high school graduate with a strand of Information and Communication Technology, under Technical Vocational Education.I also have TESDA National Certificate II in Computer System Servicing. I am passionate about learning new things .I love music, playing guitar,baking and cooking. .I have experience working in a BPO industry for 3 months.I work as a customer service representative in Sitel Group which is now known as Foundever.I handle international voice account under Virgin Media UK.I also work in Teleperformance as a customer Service for 2 months for their seasonal account under YouTube Tv NFL Sunday ticket .It is a blended account, I do phone calls, email and chat.
