I’m an experienced International Development Consultant specialising in Results Based Financing RBF, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning MEL, and innovative financing. With a strong background in Economics and Statistics, I bring hands on expertise in financial modelling, impact analysis, and evaluation across diverse development sectors.

Over the past two years at Instiglio, I’ve supported high impact projects across East Africa—partnering with governments, multilateral agencies, and foundations such as UBS Optimus and the Hilton Foundation. My work includes designing and evaluating outcome based programmes, strengthening M&E systems, and conducting rigorous assessments using OECD DAC criteria.
