I am a recruitment professional with over a decade of recruitment expertise – on both the agency side and in on site positions for globally distributed teams.

I have worked across the Globe with particular focus on Europe and the U.S., delivering full cycle recruitment services for a multitude of companies, from large enterprises to one man start ups.

I have extensive experience of helping start ups scale, delivering the best candidates on the market quickly and efficiently, with a data driven approach.

I have broad experience with multiple ATS systems, including selecting & implementing ATS systems, recruitment process creation, review, improvement and implementation.

I have worked across many market sectors and have managed everything from Graduate recruitment programs and junior mass hiring projects to senior C level positions and bespoke head hunting, retained talent acquisition services.
The majority of my experience has been focused on Tech Recruitment Software Development.
