• Developing project initiation documentation;
• Developing and monitoring comprehensive project plans, reporting on progress;
• Managing multi-million pound project budgets, forecasting, monitoring and reporting on expenditure:
• Developing and maintaining project control documentation, including risk and issue registers and decisions log, ensuring mitigating actions are tracked and completed;
• Producing and presenting progress update reports for project steering groups, senior management teams and elected officials;
•Developing and implementing commissioning specifications and performance management frameworks, including key performance indicators;
• Drafting communications and FAQ documents for key stakeholders, including staff;
• Supporting project boards, distributing papers, taking and circulating notes and actions;
• Managing project libraries, filing and recording systems.
