I have five years of experience with customer service and two years with operations management. I've been trained by one of the largest contact centers in the Philippines and has served as Team Lead for two years.

I have also worked for an E-Commerce in Dubai, UAE. As part of the Data Team, I ensure all website content specifically for products are complete and accurate. I work closely with the Business Development Team in order make sure that our product listings are well organized and continuously growing.
