As a Content Manager, I am responsible for creating, editing, and managing engaging and relevant content for the website, social media, and newsletters. I use my skills in customer relationship management CRM, foreign languages, and bilingual communications to deliver high quality content that meets the needs and expectations of our diverse and growing customer base. I also collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure consistency and accuracy of the content across all platforms and channels.

I have a passion for literature and linguistics, and I am currently pursuing my second bachelors degree in Comparative Literature at Dokuz Eylül University, where I also obtained my first bachelors degree in Linguistics in[removed]I have over two years of work experience in customer service and showroom assistance, where I gained valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and feedback. I enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment.
