I have experience working within a busy financial institution for over 9 years providing exceptional services. I have managed to work in different capacities over these years where I have understood and appreciated the value of integrity, accuracy, efficiency and accountability required especially while dealing with confidential customer information and more importantly inter-existence of different departments to the organisation’s goals. I have undertaken on the job training on customer care, personal development and service skills administration, data entry and tying, Microsoft dynamics and internet which coupled with a Diploma in Business Administration have equipped me with invaluable skills to become an effective and efficient member of your organisation. I have a good knowledge mix of soft skills and financial skills.
